Crowd Rush Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By playing Crowd Rush (the "Game") you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not play. When you use the Game inside Telegram, Telegram's own terms also apply.

2. The Game

Crowd Rush is a game for entertainment. We may change, pause or remove the Game or any feature at any time.

3. Virtual coins

Coins, upgrades, levels and stars exist only inside the Game. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, traded or withdrawn, and are not a payment, prize or reward of real money. They are saved on your device and may be lost if you clear your data or change devices.

4. Ads

The Game can show ads from a third-party ad network (Adsgram). Ads are optional: they appear only after you agree to them, and you can turn them off in Settings at any time. Rewarded ads are started by you and give an in-game bonus when watched to the end. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites and apps they lead to.

5. Fair use

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or any automated means to watch, click or trigger ads, or otherwise create ad views or interactions that are not genuine;
• interfere with, reverse engineer or attack the Game, its hosting or the services it relies on;
• use the Game for anything unlawful.

6. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or that your progress will be preserved.

7. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game, including loss of progress or virtual items. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
