Crowd Rush Privacy Policy
Crowd Rush is a casual game that runs in your browser and as a Telegram Mini App. It is made by an independent developer. This policy explains what data the game handles and who else receives it. It applies to Crowd Rush and replaces Telegram's Standard Privacy Policy for Bots and Mini Apps for this game.
1. Short version
- We run no game server or database. We do not collect, store or sell your personal information.
- Your progress is saved only on your own device.
- Ads are optional. Before your first ad we ask for your agreement. If you agree, the ad network Adsgram, a third party, may receive some of your Telegram data to show the ad. You can switch ads off at any time in Settings.
2. Data stored on your device
The game saves the following in your device's local storage so it can remember you between visits: your level, coins and upgrades, your sound and music settings, which tips you have seen, and your choice about ads. This data never leaves your device through our code. Clearing the app's or browser's site data deletes it.
3. Data from Telegram
When you open a Mini App, Telegram may share basic data with it, such as your Telegram user ID, name, username, profile picture, language, Premium status and theme colors, as described in the Telegram Mini App Terms. Crowd Rush does not read, store or send your name, username or profile picture. It uses Telegram only to detect that it is running inside Telegram, to match colors, to pause when you leave the app, and to trigger vibration feedback.
4. Advertising (Adsgram)
Crowd Rush can show two kinds of ads, both provided by Adsgram:
- Rewarded ads, which you start yourself by tapping a "Watch Ad" button to earn a bonus.
- Interstitial ads, shown at a natural break such as between levels, only if you have agreed to ads.
Nothing from Adsgram is loaded until you agree. After you agree, Adsgram's code runs in the game and, according to Adsgram's own policy, may receive data available to Mini Apps such as your Telegram user ID, username and device type, plus technical data such as your IP address, in order to select and show ads and to measure them. Adsgram acts as a separate, independent third party. We receive only aggregated statistics from Adsgram (for example, number of ad views and revenue), not information about you.
You can withdraw your agreement at any time: open Settings in the game and turn off Ads (Adsgram). After that no ad is shown and the game works the same without it. Ads are paid for by advertisers, and we do not control the content of third-party ads. For how Adsgram handles data, see Adsgram's Privacy Policy.
5. Other services involved
- Hosting: the game is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, receives your IP address and basic request information when the game loads.
- Fonts: the game's font is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you load it.
- Telegram: Telegram handles its own data under its Privacy Policy.
6. Children
Crowd Rush is not directed at children under 13, and you must meet the minimum age that Telegram requires in your country. Ads come from a third party and may not be suitable for children.
7. Your choices and rights
We hold no personal data about you on any server, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete beyond what is saved on your own device, which you can erase by clearing site data. For data held by Adsgram or Telegram, contact them directly or use their privacy tools. You may also have rights under the law where you live, such as the right to access, delete or object to the processing of your data.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
